Welcome to ChurchView. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ChurchView application on Roku and Amazon Fire TV platforms (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ChurchView is a streaming application that allows users to access video and audio content provided by participating churches. The App serves as a platform for churches to distribute their sermons, messages, and other religious content to their congregations and the public.

3. User Eligibility

The App is intended for users of all ages. However, if you are under 18 years of age, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian to ensure they understand and agree to them.

4. User Responsibilities

When using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the App or its underlying systems
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App to transmit any harmful, threatening, or illegal content
• Respect the intellectual property rights of churches and content creators

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Church Content: All video and audio content available through the App is owned by or licensed to the respective participating churches. Churches are solely responsible for the content they provide through the App.

App Intellectual Property: The App, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by ChurchView and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial viewing purposes.

6. Content Disclaimer

The content available through the App is provided by individual churches and religious organizations. ChurchView does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any content provided by churches. Views and opinions expressed in church content do not necessarily reflect the views of ChurchView.

7. Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain the App's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any features at any time
• Update these Terms at any time by posting revisions to this page
• Remove or restrict access to any content or features without notice

The App is available on Roku and Amazon Fire TV platforms. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service:

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHURCHVIEW AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ChurchView and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ChurchView regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
